Choke / Throttle Knob - Same ?

I have some how acquired a threaded knob with the standard front not the CST stainless front. Sorry for the pics, not the best I know. Hard to see but the inner portion of the knob is threaded. Knob heighth measures 1'' front of face to the back. Much shorter than the slip on radio knobs but looks quite similar. Is the knob the same as used for the manual throttle and the manual choke? Not sure where I got it from, have parted a couple trucks and made several parts buys from time to time. Can any one tell me if they are inter-changeable?
