"thought" it had a 350 but wasn't sure. i just pulled the casting number and the stampings off the front of the block. it is a 305. Not that i really have anything against them and the truck does run good but DANG IT!!!! have also figured out that the lock up 350 trans has been replaced buy a plain old th350
