Motor question

Question, my dad took my motor apart since I'm still overseas and he can't just let it sit there. It's a 350 with four bolt mains. He sent the following message and pic.
Hello the crank and mains are in great shape and are cut to 10mm I inspected the cylinders and pistons and block is bored out to 60
I am not sure if can be saved, I will have it inspected and machined if is possible.
Any impute on this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks folks
