Straight pipe from the cat back
I installed a Flowmaster cat back some years ago on my 97 Tahoe. It was not loud enough for me but it still sounds ok, however, I would like to go louder.
I found a few YouTube videos of some with straight pipes from the cat back and they sound great. Having the cats in there helps tone it down a little. I found this on ebay and thought about using it with a couple of turndowns. It should dump just ahead of the rear end. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Walker-Exhau...bc54ba&vxp=mtr Has anyone done a setup like that? If so, do you have pics or video of it? Thanks for your input!
