NV 16.5 turbine/hurricane wheels and 31 tires

These are 16.5 9.75 aluminum wheels. 4 in all. I believe they are western hurricanes maybe turbines not vectors. The tires were never mounted bfg all terrains 31 10.5 16.5. I have put no more than 2000 miles on them. The date codes are over ten years old but les swab mounted them because they were soft and supple and brand new. One tire loses pressure over 2-3 months. One rim has very minor curb rash. I will deliver to shipper and have used Fastenal for stuff in the past but it I have to palletize I will ask for reimbursement.
