Van Vs Truck Bucket Seats

I know this probably has been covered before but I wanted to check. I was at the local Pull-A-Part yesterday and they were just sitting out a 71 1-ton Van/Camper. It had a set of mis-matched low rise buckets. One with a squared off top and one that had a little taper toward the top. Are the buckets used in Vans the same as the Trucks? I would assume that the support brackets are different but did not know if the seat itself would be the same. Thanks.
