No Big Deal Motor

I was cleaning up some pictures and found this one I liked of my engine compartment I wanted to share.

Primarily because it was, by comparison, pretty low bucks. I used the motor, after cleaning and sealing it up,
that came with the initial pile of parts. I made a mistake by not changing the freeze plugs before I put it in.....
...but that's another story.

No big deal late 70's 350 with an early 90's serpentine system. Clean chrome headers that I think I remember
being Hooker's (came with the parts) are about 50% blue.

Painted the fire wall the same color as the interior, engine side of the front fenders, and the inner fenders, with
some fairly inexpensive EBay paint (called "Black Cherry").

The serp system fit fine after one add'l hole on each of the iron heads drilled and tapped for the mounting.
Hid some wires by various methods. New (Ebay from Canada) brake booster. Street Demon carb (625cfm),
cleaned up and painted Edelbrock Performer intake manifold.

The air cleaner, valve covers, and plug wire covers were all a bargain. I think $35 for the plug covers, $75 for
the valve covers, and about the same for the air cleaner.

Just wanted to put it out there.
