Cool Not sure what to expect, advice?

What do you need to do to a vehicle that sat for two years...know defects needs tires, ac quits at stop light owner seems to think its a relay. Power steering leak.

Going to look at a 90 suburban this afternoon. Any advice?

What I know I'll have to do,
Tune up
Oil change, maybe it'd be better to flush all fluids.
Needs tires
Stickers (inspection, registration)
What about the fuel, let the old gas run out or leave it alone?

90 chevy suburban pretty sure it is a 350tbi, transmission unsure.

As always thanks in advance for taking the time to answer my question! It is greatly appreciated.
