Trailing arms, don't need them but

Snooping around a salvage yard today came across a 72 short bed that was pretty caniblized up but still had the trailing arms on it, rear end was gone. I hate to see these trucks go to the masher with good parts on them. Is it worth my while to go back and see what they want for them and try to sell them or is it something that is better to get aftermarket and I would be stuck with them. They looked straight. The bed was gone so they were easy to see. I was looking for motor mounts and thought I had got lucky cause the motor was gone but the mounts were there, looked at the SPID and it had a 350 not a 400, so I was outta luck. So is there a need for used trailing arms?
