Bought this truck a wile back to replace the minivan I was stuck driving. It's a one owner 1980 c20 camper special. It had a rotted bed and front fenders I scored a set of repro fenders at a local junkyard and also a set of bumper guards. Yesterday I bought a ruff one owner 73 longbed stepside because I wanted the bed it's a shame the 73 has been sitting 10 plus years and after some tinkering I drove it home 10 plus miles but it's headed for scrap tomorrow no space. Here's a pic of my truck with the stepside I've only ever seen two other crew cabs with stepside one was a longbed lifted the other a short lowered. Hers mine at stock height. May lower it soon. The inside of the bed is almost perfect because the camper was on it 98 percent of the time. Unfortunately I didn't get the original gate but I have a ruff one to use for now
