happyhunky Registered User Join Date: Nov 2014 Location: white salmon washington Posts: 25	winch hookup I'm installing a new winch and have a battery that has both top and side posts. Could I wire the winch to the side posts and run the rest of the electrical on the top posts. Seems logical but never seen or heard of it done. Is there a reason not to do it? Thanks
