What Electric Fuel Pump Are You Running?

If my truck sits for more than a few days, my Edlebrock carb is empty and it takes several seconds of pumping the gas pedal while cranking the engine over before it will start. I'm thinking an electric fuel pump will pressurize the fuel in the line, sending it to the carb much quicker.

My question is, is this a common issue with the Edlebrock carbs? And will an electric fuel pump help? If so, please tell me what you are using.
