Camaro rear end?

I have been pondering the idea of putting a posi rear end in my 1970 c10. At one point someone had mentioned to me that many Camaro rear ends would be a fairly easy swap. I came across this link and was wondering if this is a feasible solution: http://houston.craigslist.org/pts/4881149781.html
I know this is only a 10 bolt, but I am not putting out any ridiculous amounts of power. I have a freshly rebuilt 350 with vortec heads, mild cam, and a 4 speed muncie. If this is not what I should be looking for, then what? I am not looking to break the bank and don't mind taking the time to rebuild something. Wouldn't mind switching over to disc brakes in the process either. At the end of the day I am looking for a posi-trac rear end without spending a ridiculous amount of money. Any help is appreciated.
