My first shortened 1969 C10

I took on a project to shorten a longbox. There was a lot of great information on this forum so I decided to try. After I told a buddy what my plan was for the truck he purchased it for his work truck. This truck isn't going to be a show truck but I wanted to make it as nice as I could on a budget. Thanks to all the people posting great information! The truck has a 454 with a turbo 400. Its also an AC cab. Overall its been a fun project and its almost off to get a Hot Rod black paint job.
