Questions about my '72 C10 Custom Deluxe

I am new at this. I just inherited a '72 C10 Custom Deluxe and I am hoping that you guys can lead me in the right path. I have a few questions (and I'm sure it won't be the last)...

1. I am looking for ground straps, I was told VH Coachworks was a good company but I think they went out of business. Any recommendations?

2. I am looking for a stock '72 steering wheel.

3. Also, I'm looking for metal center caps for 5 lug Chevy Rally wheels that are in good shape

4. I would like to lower the truck down from the stock height. The company (ECE) that I was considering is on the west coast (and I am on the east coast). Shipping would be $110 for the lowering kit (link to picture below)

Does anyone have any other recommendations for a lowering kit of this quality with less shipping?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
