3/4 ton front disk brakes
Just want to carify something. If I want to convert to disk brakes on my '70 3/4 ton, I understand that I can find spindles/rotors/calipers off of a '73-'87 3/4 ton? I also understand that I will need the newer ball joints as well.
But what I am not sure of, is can I use my original control arms? Or do I need the newer ones of those also? Will the disk setup work with my manual brakes, until I can do that swap? Will a new style booster/cylinder work on our trucks also? Thanks!!! Reid ------------------ Sylvan Lake, Alberta, Canada 1970 Chevy C20 Custom Camper #s matching 402BB Turbo 400 trans.
