A/C lines need help

Hey guys trying to figure out a clever way to run my heater and A/C lines into the cab. I have a smooth firewall and was trying to figure out another way to get the hoses inside the cab without using a bulkhead. Have any of you ran them up between the inner fender and fender and into the fresh air vent in the kick panel? Any ideas with pictures would be appreciated. Thank you
