Stockton wheel 20 series

I am deep into the process of building my 65 K-10. I am just about ready for paint. I am trying to gather the last parts now. I want a "factory" look but I want to upsize the rims. I am thinking 16 X 8", 8.5" or 9". Does anyone have experience with Stockton Wheel? Short of having a set made, which they say they can do from my originals, I am looking at their 20 series rims. Can I use a factory dog dish style canter on these? I figure I will call them tomorrow but thought perhaps someone here has done this.
