Might be over thinking this one..

Hi guys, so heres the deal.. Im putting a c4 ifs on my 55 chevy 2nd gen. I put the front fenders on to center the wheels with the fenders.. They are the stock 17 inch wheels that came on the vette.. I got them centered and then thought im gonna be running 18 or 20 inch wheels in the front.. Thats gonna throw the wheels being center all out of line right?? please give me some advice! everyone is telling me wheels should be the last thing to buy??
