Doors hit body

I know what the problem is but don't have the money or time to fix it right now, but my lack of rocker boxes, old body bushings, and rust in the floor/rockers has made my body really flexible.

So, to avoid my doors slamming into the body what are my options?
I am thinking about spacing the middle body up on the frame, and possibly adding a reinforcement bar where the rocker box should be. Would that be enough?

Also, I have the convertible shims installed (I've seen them mentioned around here before).

Thanks
