I also feel that you can pull a little more than the 32 that GM suggests....but on the street/pump fuel, I try not to go past 34 degrees. You may have to limit the can can to get where you want to be (just play a bit), & see what works the best? On the track, square decked , for minimum "quench" & rowdy cam/hot fuel....some guys may run 38 degrees longhorn
