Question help !!! new cab on its way..

So this weekend i found a new parts truck for my hood hinges and seat but after talking to the owner who owns a custom car shop about patching floors, rockers and rear corners out of my small back window cab he mentioned the cab from the parts truck was solid so we took a look at it and it has good floors and rockers only one rear corner needs patching plus ITS A BIG BACK WINDOW...
after talking to him he gave me a ball park price on fixing my cab interior and also on buying this new cab and getting it all fixed and maybe paint the interior with me helping to get labor cost down it turned out to be a good deal to pass so i bought this new bbw cab.
my question is this new cab has a diferrent set of gauges than mine and also the heater its different is this a big issue?
im ok with canceling the heater but the gauges i need would it be alot to rewire or would it be a simple change ?
I took some pictures take a look and thanks in advance for your help..
