WA Need 3/4 ton master cylinder to prop valve lines for a pattern

I have looked at the websites for both inline tube and The Right stuff detailing to get new lines for a factory master cylinder setup to the factory pro portioning valve. I am looking to have someone send, at my expense,these two lines in the attached picture.

I will have a new set sent to you in original metal or SS. Just need the two lines coming off the MC.

Need a non bent and original so a pattern can be made.
