shift lever

Name: P3180001.jpg
Views: 105
Size: 44.0 KBHaving trouble getting my shift lever to pull up to get it in first or reverse. I can easily pull it with the linkage along the steering column but not the lever. The spring and pins that attach the lever seem fine. Is there a parts breakdown anyone knows of so I can see if I'm missing something? Also I'm attaching a picture showing an adjustable (nut) that has got my curiosity. Any thoughts?
