Re: 1950 AD Project
Thanks, been away from the truck for awhile, and probably for a bit longer as well. Been working on the shop area, reaarranging and a little remodeling that has been long put off.
Hoping that the electrical gets done in the next couple weeks, currently, outside of the tack room, there is only one working outlet to serve the barn and both shop areas, been inconvienant to say the least. When it is finished, there will be two 240v outlets dedicated to an arc welder and much bigger compressor. Also getting standard outlets positioned so as to all but eliminate the need for an extension cord, really looking forward to that!!! Oh, and lighting, adequate lighting...won't know what to do if I can see what I am doing! In the end, I will have two, separated by a wall, work areas, one for mechanical, ie: oily and greasy projects, and another for woodworking. Saw dust and engines blend about as well as grease and wood. But, it will be pretty awesome to have an area dedicated just to what I am going and not have to move things around just to use a saw or work on a fender. When I get back on the truck, I will post updates and probably have lots of questions as well!! |
