clutch pedal options?

So I'm looking to get a 80-87 Chev or gm. I'm looking for truck that is already standard but I may not be able to get one. So I'm wondering what my options are for making a auto a standard. (If I can't find a factory standard)

-could I use the wilwood clutch pedal assembly? Its a single pedal and bolts to the fire wall. Would it work?

-wilwood clutch and brake pedal assembly? Its 2 pedals.

-or factory clutch and brake pedal assembly from another truck and swapping it in. Very hard to find though. Is it my only option?
