1957 3600 door weatherstrip wind noise

hi.

bought a 1957 3600 that had some work done to it (in a good way).

looks like the prior owner put in new door weather stripping after painting the truck.

now, even though the weather stripping looks new, I get terrible wind noise and can see gaps from inside.

the doors are aligned perfectly, so it is not that. with the amount of noise, and gaps, it is almost as if the wrong ones were put on (doubtful) or maybe were installed backwards (not sure)?

any ideas?

also, any pics of a door seal for 2nd series that is installed correctly and you don't have any wind noise?

thanks
