For those w/o that kind of budget, a rolling chassis can be done for much less if one is frugal (I don't have half that in my 64's rolling chassis set-up). A guy could just get the suspension parts & combine them w/limited powder coating, some rattle-can detail work, OE brakes, steelies, + a manual air set-up & achieve similar results (something w/a similar stance, is still clean & driveable but w/o the upgraded options).

SuperFly, N2Billet, Delmo, & Dino still have the 'details' advantage IMO as they've assembled several of these set-ups which helps that learning curve but we all gotta start somewhere

I agree 100% I was referring to what this one would cost. There are tons of ways to save money and still have a cool laid out truck.
