Power Steering Issue on '70 K-10

I recently replaced the power steering system on my '70 K-10 including the gear, pump and hoses. The only part of the system that was not replaced was the pulley.

Now, the fluid is coming out the cap. I thought it was air in the system, so I cycled the steering several times. This seemed to help, so I started driving the truck.

I've now put over 200 miles on it since the new system was installed and am still getting 'boil-over' out the cap. I've checked all the connections and everything is tight. (Hose clamps and hoses are all new.)

My frustration level is peaking. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
