A different artillery wheel question
I've got a set of artilleries that came off my wife's '54 Panel. I was looking at them the other day and noticed that the centers are actually riveted to the rims.
Are these things supposed to hold air, or are they tube type only wheels? If they're tube type wheels, it would explain the 2 tires that kept going down(but not the 2 that held air).
