Genuine AC Delco NOS fuel sending unit,
GM part Number #6428270.

The book says it fits all 67-71 Burbs with 6 cyl and 307 V8 and 69-71 Blazers with 6 cyl and 307 V8.

Since every Blazer Panel and Suburban tank I have seen is essentially the same, I do not see why it would not work in all 67-72 Burbs and Panels and all 69-72 Blazers, it does have a 5/16" fuel outlet which is smaller than the big block and 350 V8 versions which are 3/8".
