One tire rubs after drop spindles.

We have a 67 c20 with factory springs that have to be sagging and drop spindles with disc brakes. The truck sits level side to side from ground to trim on wheel wells but only the passenger side tire rubs over bumps on the highway. The driver side clears fine. I *think* the front body is shifted towards the driver side 1/2-3/4 of a inch. Does not appear to have ever been wrecked. How can I push the front clip over? The tires are 235/70/16 they are a bit tall but I think if the body were centered they would clear. Any suggestions?
