My engine swap... Having questions

Ok so this is my first engine swap. Probably the biggest project I've tackled on this truck. The old was a 454 out of a 76? Suburban. Putting in a 327/355 (327 with 350 crank heads and bored over. Also putting in a 700r4.
I just about have every thing buttoned up when I came across these wires that plugged into the electric choke? Of my old rochester. The edelbrock I put in has manual choke. So I'm wondering what to do with these wires. Do I just tuck em and hide em? Do they serve another purpose? Here is a pic of the ones I'm talking about. There are 3 wires
