C10 questions

I am beginning to put some work on the c20 but have a few question before i go forward

Is it possible to level the truck? I will be replacing the front springs due to the previous owner dropping the front so much it bottoms out literally over every bump.

Also what would you recommend to get done first.

problems....

suspension as i previously stated.
hacked dash
a lot of random wires hanging and unused
inside dash needs all new tubing for heater
carpet
oil gauge back in the cluster
gas gauge reads from the halfway mark on (half full is empty) and carries over when full past the full mark

thanks guys
