Replacing Vent Windows -- Before or After New Paint??

Well, I've stripped the truck down to get it ready for a respray. I've got almost everything off, only thing left is all the glass

I am planning to replace the vent windows and I found a very nice pair in the junkyard.

I assume I should pull the old beat up ones, get the truck painted and then swap in the nice ones? Risk of course is f'ing up the new paint if I do it this way

Please advise -- Thanks
