AD floor pan replacement

We have a AD cab in the shop that needs the floor replaced. The entire floor was riddled with pin holes and it will be easier to swap floors that just do the pans and patches. I'll post up pictures as we go for those that need to do the same.

First was making a jig to stabilize the cab and be able to hang it up on the fork lift to work on it. once that was done we cut out the perimeter and started drilling out the spot welds .

We do have other work on this in the kick panels and lower cowls. It also has in issue where another shop put a new roof and outer cowl on wrong with a dip of 1/2" or more in the left corner and the roof was put on to low and forward and a little out of whack so the windows are an issue, the left corner window does not fit at all and the windshield will be to loose for the rubber to hold in it. Its kind of a mess but fixable.
