Few concerns with ECE install

I was mocking up my brake lines and noticed that my ECE pan hard bar may interfere with my C-Notch. I have ECE trailing arm cross member, ECE trailing arms, ECE rear springs, ECE shock re-locators as well as their pan hard bar. If you look at the pics, the pan hard bar sits really close to the top of the axle. I don't have my saddles welded to the axle yet, so I'm wondering if I should flip the trailing arm mounts to pivot the pan hard bar downward some. Here are the pictures, what are your thoughts?
