Brake line adapters

I am do a front disc brake conversion on my 70 c10 and have hit a snag. I had to change to a proportion valve and my brake lines don't fit. I don't want to change my lines right now, so I was looking for some adapters. From what I can tell, my proportion valve has a 3/8-16 port for the front brakes and a 9/16-18 port for the rear. My brake lines are 7/16 for the front and 9/16 for the rear. What would be the best way to go about making this work? Thanks.
