Great project. You gave me the inspiration I needed...
Just did the floor replacement this weekend. I used three braces, one in each door just like you did, and one in the center of the cab from the back to the firewall. I hope everything stayed square. Had to pull on the metal at the firewall to get a good tack. Have you been able to confirm that you are square?
Are you going to weld the inside seam on the front and back of the cab, or just use seam sealer?
