Deluxe cigarette lighters?

Ive seen ads for "lighted" cigarette lighters which I assume means they have a light to aid use during night driving. When were these lighters used? Should a lighted unit be listed on the spid?

I have a Custom Deluxe and the PO robbed some of the rare parts (steering wheel, spicer hubs, mat strips, hub caps, chrome bumpers) and now I wondering if the lighter in the truck (non lighted) is the correct one.
