jfd3604 Registered User Join Date: Sep 2013 Location: Waverly Tennessee Posts: 22	factory tach problem My factory tach is connected to a 396 with an HEI ignition system but the tach reads on the low side. If you disconnect and reconnect the plug on the tach it appears to read normal for a few seconds and then goes on the low side again. Any thoughts? __________________ 1971 C-10 Short Bed
