FS 68 GMC BB One Ton Dually
This truck was originally a camper. I bought it with great hopes of using it as a camper but the camper turned out to be completely rotten and I removed it. The nice thing is that the cab was sheltered its entire life and is one of the nicest ones that I have ever seen. The interior is almost perfect and the doors close so well it is unbelievable. The cab is uncut as well as the doors. Additionally, it is a factory 350 HP 396 and I would be willing to bet it has a 4 bolt main and a steel crank. The trans is a TH400. It has power steering and all of the bracketry is still there. I drove this truck about 200 miles when I brought it home and it gave me no problems. There is a leaky brake cylinder. I bled the brakes before I brought it home and they worked fine but after sitting for a few months the master cylinder drained itself.
This truck would make a great 1 ton for a car hauler or flatbed. It would also be a great donor for a Big Block changeover especially if you need an excellent cab too! I will take $2,000.00 or best offer on this truck. Check out the pics here: http://home.comcast.net/~67ratman/ws...ue-skip-5.html
