6×9 speakers# which ones you running/recommend

I came across some boxes that fit into the corner cab of a 73-87 Chevy truck that hold a 6x9 speaker. Too many brand names to choose from.

Do You Get What You Pay For As Far As 6x9 speakers go?

Which ones are the best under a 100 bucks ?
What do ways mean? Some say 2 way,3 way,4 way etc?
Should I run a amp?
