235 head oil problems

I've got a 59 with a 235 L6, the problem I got is the PO when they installed the head. He put the head bolt for the oil to come up to the rockers he installed in the wrong location. See the picture below, I now have the bolt in the holes I believe to be right, they where previously switched. So the head was not getting any oil. Now that I have found out why I was not getting any oil to the rockers. In my research it also looks like I'm missing the tube that runs from the head to rockers. My question is does anybody know where I can get the tube from? I also could use new rockers assembly?

Thanks
