CEL on Howell TBI help!

I got my hands on a used TBI Kit. I am almost all done but I have no idea and can not find anything that feels like it should be the wires for a check engine light.

On the passenger compartment side, I have the 3 fuse block with a red wire which gets 12 volts key on. I also have the OBD 1 connectors and a red power wire that runs out to the fuel pump. There is a single black wire that exits the wire loom with the fuel pump power. I have the fuel pump grounded to the frame.

Since it was a used unit I have no idea where the black wire goes. I have 2 other black wires that are grounds.

On the affordable TBI kit I had to supply the CEL with key on power and a single wire that grounds back to the computer. Does howell kit do the same?

I have contacted howell and am just pissed that I can not get a wire diagram.

If I could have a wire diagram I would have been done with this a week ago.

Again what color wires run the CEL on Howell TBI system. Is it a double wire or a single wire.

Thanks
