Tacking down short in 66 horn relay now voltage regulator
Hello,
Can anyone suggest ideas on my 66 short? I noticed the battery has been draining and thought it was in the horn relay but I have traced it to the voltage regulator. It appears to be grounding but I'm wondering if I even need the regulator as the truck has a 350 and auto Trans from a 71 El Camino. Do I need the voltage regulator with that alternator?
