Exclamation AD inner cowl panel

Gentlemen, I have some patch panels on order and I had a couple questions on where to start.

I am replacing part of the floor, inner to out cowl panel, and inner cowl panel (kick panel). The outer cowl doesn't need replaced because they are straight and only the very bottom portion needs fixed.

I was thinking about starting at the inner cowl panel and working my way out to the inner to outer panel. Decent plan? Also, what is the best way to remove the inner to outer w/o removing the outer panel? Drill the spot welds and pop it out?

Thank guys
