Task Force Front Fender Rubber Install

Fenders, hood and grill pieces are painted and ready to assemble the doghouse. Bought a front fender rubber set but not sure where all pieces go...

Kit has 8 pieces (4 for each fender). Two pieces for each fender are obvious where they go, as they are flat rubber and punched holes line up with fender to inner fender surfaces.

The other two pieces have me guessing. One is a channel piece with a slot like it is supposed to slip over an edge. The other more like a door rubber, except no mounting pins.

Drawings in my assembly manual and LMC catalog seem a bit vague on these two pieces. Got the truck as an abandoned project so no clues in disassembly.

Any tips or photos greatly appreciated!!!
