76 Tach Dash for parts

I have a instrument cluster out of a 76 Chevrolet pickup. The housing has a broken tab on the left side. The lens has broken tabs and is cracked. The circuit board has seen better days. I tried to test the tach it does not respond. If I turn the needle to zero and hook up the power wire it goes right to 2500 rpm. Selling as parts non working. $75.00 plus shipping.
