Steering Column Conversion

I have a 1982 C/10 with a non tilt column, column shift automatic. I want to convert to a tilt column. I have found a tilt column out of a 1985 C/10 that has tilt, cruise, delay wipers, and high and low beam on the column also. I cannot seem to find a column with wipers in the dash without all the extras. Is it possible to put this nicer steering column in mine and make it work without having to rewire the entire truck?
